On the censuses of 1851 onwards she is in Birmingham / Aston then a HALL born in either Birmingham or Todmerden / Tadmarton, Oxfordshire.
No NEALEs are to be found in Tadmarton or Birmingham in the 1841 census but there is a Sarah NEEDELL of the right age in Tadmarton.
The head of the household was Elizabeth NEEDELL who is on the 1851 census as Elizabeth NEEDLE.
On her marriage to William HALL at Edgbaston parish church she is Sarah NEEDLE.
NEEDLE and NEALE, when handwritten, can easily be confused. We have taken the surname to be NEEDLE.
